Bought a 2019 suburban from them at the end of April 2022. I told them I had to have a very dependable vehicle since I travel for a living. What I got was a xxx! Transmission is now gone, in the middle of a long trip the car left me stranded! Of course fluids were changed at the dealership so if there were metal shavings they won’t tell you. Sales manager was rude and pretty much said “well you have the warranty you bought” xxx! I haven’t even made the first payment and it’s broke down! Salesman was rude! ...

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Bought a 100chevy Silverado from them and 6 months later my transmission went out. Had a mechanic look at it and he said the metal shaving in pan had been there for quite awhile. So now I have a truck sitting in my driveway that I'm paying for because they can't even look a truck over or they knew it was that way and sold it anyways. Either way they will never get my business again and hopefully no one else goes there.

Terrible and HORRIBLE! I was told that my 2019 Toyota Tacoma 4x4's service warranty for 2 years (24 months) and full warranty for bumper to bumper for 3 years (36 months) by the sales people and manager. I found out the truth about the lies. Fowler Toyota service center is a disaster and I wouldn't take my roller skates to this place for repair. A simple tire balance job turned into the service tech having to take my truck back into the shop for rework after it was initially finished because there was a major disconnect on what needed to be done. I dropped my Tacoma off on the 18th of March to get it worked on and picked it up on the 1st of April. Opened my center console to see that my $1200 handgun had been stolen out of my vehicle while in their possession. So either they left my truck unlocked while sitting outside or one of the employees stole it while it was in the garage. Had worst service experience with this dealer. Had vehicle towed to their shop and left to be checked out. After 24 hrs. had not heard from them so i called to see if they had diagnosed the vehicle. Was advised the fuel pump needed to be replaced and vehicle would be ready by Monday evening. Sadly I am currently getting legal counsel about getting my warranty remainder back from fowler. My original experience getting a new vehicle from fowler was decent at best but my experience at Jim Norton Toyota has been far superior and I should have went there in the first place. I have dropped off all necessary paperwork for my refund and nobody at fowler will speak to me. I hate getting attorneys involved but I have no other options at this point.

Do Not Buy A Car From Fowler, They Are Thieves I bought a car from Fowler and somehow got stuck with a $4,000 service contract (11% interest over 6 years could add up to $8,000 onto my bill if I did my math correctly). I sold a car here and called multiple times requesting status of check. 1 month after selling the car, and 10 days after the loan was paid off at my bank, the overhead was still not received. We purchased this auto in 2014. The salesperson offered $2000 and 0% financing through Toyota Financel. So I accepted this offer only to learn that there was a bait and switch. They told me that Toyota could not offer both. They switched us to First Fidelity and took away the 05 financing. The Fowler Toyota group in both Norman and Tulsa, are the epitome of greed. They are a prime example of the dealerships that create this type of distrust and disconnect between dealership and customer. A couple of weeks ago, I asked a gentleman named Miguel Reyes, in Fowlers' Service Department to have my 2010 Tacoma brakes checked, as I was experiencing some moderate grinding noise that seemed to indicate that either the disc/pads or the rear shoes/drums were getting worn out. I have not been able to get ahold of anyone but the front desk and have received no calls back for 2 weeks. This has prevented me from being able to get my truck registered and from removing all the extra stuff they tack on to the price.

The replacement dash pad fit nicely, but the glove box door was misaligned. I took it back to Fowler Toyota and they replaced the glove box door but the color did not match the color of the dash pad. They also scratched the new dash pad. I did not bother taking my 2004 Sienna XLE back to Fowler. The air bag replacement was good.

I did purchase a vehicle from Fowler but was not happy with how the deal went down. The manager was arrogant and did not listen to what I said I wanted. The lack of communication between the salesman, manager, and finance guys was the worst imaginable and it felt like they did this on purpose to milk a few extra grand on the deal. If I was not facing an extreme need for a new vehicle I would have left Fowlers crap deal on the table and let them take advantage of someone else. I do not appreciate being lied ...

I found the sales team and finance team to be friendly and helpful. I was able to find a car that worked for me at a good price. The only issue I had was with outdated information on their website that was no longer valid. I was still able to get a vehicle that I wanted, it just took a little extra time because the research I had done did not pertain to the vehicle I chose online. I also feel that the initial offer on my trade in was well below average trade in value.

I felt pressured at first but who doesn't when their making a major purchase, all together the Fowler team was willing and helpful in every area of my purchase and kept in contact with me promptly on any questions. I believe I got a nice vehicle at a decent price, this being my 2nd car I've purchased from Fowlers and have had no problems with either. They find you a finance Company and keep to your requested purchase payment amount.

After finding what I wanted online, I visited the Fowler dealership. Bruce was very knowledgable and helpful. There were a few things that needed repaired on the SUV and they were fixed very satisfactorily. High marks to Bruce for following the procedure and making sure everything was completed.
