No hassles, no games! Charity was my sales person. She was very knowledgeable, kind and not trying to just make a sale. She really wanted me to love the car before I bought it. A couple of weeks ago, I asked a gentleman named Miguel Reyes, in Fowlers' Service Department to have my 2010 Tacoma brakes checked, as I was experiencing some moderate grinding noise that seemed to indicate that either the disc/pads or the rear shoes/drums were getting worn out. Miguel reported that the shoes/drums in the rear were good, but that my discs were moderately worn and that my pads were getting thin. The work was done quickly and for a good price. Good non-pressured car buying experience. Amy Hill was our internet phone contact over the vehicle we inquired about. She was very professional and friendly. Our salesman Chuck Davis was very informative about the features of the car. He also helped with getting phone set up for hands free calling after the sale. Mace in finance was also very professional. All in all the best car buying experience we have ever had.
Towards the end of purchase, we asked about buy anew Toyota get a Honda and the manager said no. Because he gave us such a good deal on the new 2018 hybrid rav 4. I didnāt argue with him but my wife and I thought why is the dealership promoting something that there not going to follow through on. So, I guess if you make a good deal, you lose out on the mower. Update ā customer relations was really incredible here. They contacted me later that night and really felt sincere with all they did. They ended up picking my car up from my workplace, did the brake job on the house, and brought my car back to me. I bought a use car at Fowler Toyota Tulsa. I searched the internet within 100 miles of f my town and found some good deals but none as good as I got by just going to the Fowler lot. Found a beautiful Camry that had a few scratches they agreed to fix for me. They even gave me a new loaner to drive while my car is being fixed. Kaylee in rentals took great care of me! The replacement dash pad fit nicely, but the glove box door was misaligned. I took it back to Fowler Toyota and they replaced the glove box door but the color did not match the color of the dash pad. They also scratched the new dash pad. I did not bother taking my 2004 Sienna XLE back to Fowler. The air bag replacement was good.

I found the sales team and finance team to be friendly and helpful. I was able to find a car that worked for me at a good price. The only issue I had was with outdated information on their website that was no longer valid. I was still able to get a vehicle that I wanted, it just took a little extra time because the research I had done did not pertain to the vehicle I chose online. I also feel that the initial offer on my trade in was well below average trade in value.
We had our kid with us and still the whole process moved right along. We were greeted, not pressured, and shown right to the vehicle we were there to see. Before we knew it, we were test driving. The rest is history. Thanks Fowler Toyota.
I have used Fowler several times for rental cars. The cars are better than Hertz and the service is great. They have gone out of their way for me.
I felt pressured at first but who doesn't when their making a major purchase, all together the Fowler team was willing and helpful in every area of my purchase and kept in contact with me promptly on any questions. I believe I got a nice vehicle at a decent price, this being my 2nd car I've purchased from Fowlers and have had no problems with either. They find you a finance Company and keep to your requested purchase payment amount.

Rudi Nolan was a great and knowledgeable sales representative and I was so pleased with the low level of pressure. Since they didn't have a Highlander on site in the color and interior that I wanted, they located one and brought it in and had it ready for me next day. Loved working with Sammi in finance also. After finding what I wanted online, I visited the Fowler dealership. Bruce was very knowledgable and helpful. There were a few things that needed repaired on the SUV and they were fixed very satisfactorily. High marks to Bruce for following the procedure and making sure everything was completed.
