River Parks Authority, with the help of Fowler Toyota of Tulsa, created a First-of-Its-Kind music festival to Tulsa. MisFEST (short for Music Is She) began with the goal to provide a platform to empower women to succeed in the music industry. The first year for this all-female fronted music festival was extremely well received and attended by over 1,000 festival goers. With the incredible success of the event the first year, River Parks and the volunteer committee of organizers are currently planning to expand and grow the event. Their hope for 2018 is to expand our performing artists to several mid-level acts and increase local talent that is showcased.

Philbrook Museum of Art has grown to become one of the preeminent art museums across the central United States. Highlights of the Museum's permanent collection include Renaissance and Baroque paintings from the Kress Foundation, one of the greatest surveys of Native American art anywhere, American and Southwestern art, photography, and growing modern and contemporary collections. The Philbrook main campus spans 25 acres of grounds and formal gardens, and features an historic home, as well as a modern museum complex. As a sponsor of "Films on the Lawn" and the holiday "Festival", Fowler Toyota of Tulsa values Philbrook's efforts to offer this type of programming to make art experiences accessible to people who may not attend a formal art exhibition. These programs help visitors engage with the museum in a casual, comfortable setting. Additionally, free ticket access is given to families in need furthering the community impact.
